About
Alex Lang is a Los Angeles filmmaker and former network creative director making award-winning AI films, commercials, and branded stories worldwide. Modern storytelling; rooted in tradition. I bring more than 20 years of creative leadership at Fox, Fox Sports, NBCUniversal, Discovery, and ABC to projects that combine emerging AI tools with traditional filmmaking craft. My work spans concept development, directing, AI video generation, hybrid production, editing, and post-production. For brands, agencies, and production companies, I develop commercials, branded films, and cinematic concepts built on solid storytelling chops. I work from early creative development through the finished film, bringing the judgment of an experienced director and editor to every stage. My independent AI Wisdom Stories series reimagines ancient narratives through the tools of our time. Recent honors include Best AI Film for HOMESICK at the 2026 Milan Indie Film Festival and Best Utopia Film for GITA at the 2026 CLOWD Film Festival. My traditionally produced CALLING ANDY won Best of the Festival at the 2025 Hollywood Screenings Film Festival. Earlier in my career, I received more than 60 industry awards, including a Clio, Webbys, and Promax|BDA Gold Muses.
