Daniel Antebi is a New York-based filmmaker and AI video creator originally from Mexico. He is the writer and director of the debut feature film God's Time, which premiered at the 2022 Tribeca Film Festival in the US Narrative Competition and was acquired by IFC Films. His short film A Dios earned him a 2019 Sundance Ignite Fellowship, and he was named one of Filmmaker Magazine's 25 New Faces of Independent Film 2020. His short film Soft was an official selection of the 2020 SXSW Film Festival. Antebi gained widespread recognition in the AI filmmaking world when his short film Get Me Out won the Grand Prix at the 2024 Runway AI Film Festival, beating thousands of submissions. The film combined live-action footage with AI-generated visual effects using tools including Runway Gen-2, Luma AI, and ComfyUI.
