Jeff Richter is an Emmy Award-winning director and editor with more than 30 years of experience in music videos, concert films, documentaries, branded content, reality television and live action-sports broadcasts. He has made films with Dr. Dre, Prince, Metallica, Pink Floyd, Bon Jovi and Avicii, and earned his Emmy on PBS's Still Playin' Possum: A George Jones Tribute Concert . He didn't learn filmmaking from AI tools. He learned it on sets, in edit bays and at live broadcasts, where there is no second take. He directs AI the way he directs a crew: shot selection, lens language, performance, pacing and the cut all serve the story. I don't prompt AI. I direct it. Branded content is the core of the work.
